How does it work?
Evaluation
This is the most important part and what we use to determine how to get you feeling better faster. At this portion of your session, we take you through a series of simple tests and movements in order to locate the cause of your pain. It does not take long before we are able to piece together what's going on in your body.
Treatment/Re-eval
Once we find the root of your pain, a treatment follows the majority of your session.
Next, we will re-evaluate your situation! This is important so we can see how effective something may be for you during your recovery with us.
Goals met! and Beyond
Our 4th and final step of this simple process is to create your future goals. This can look like in-gym workouts, at-home exercises, and/or scheduling future treatments here at out facility.
